Close Quarters Combat
What You Can Expect...
Main update 10 has come to an end, meaning CQC is out of live service and into a full stable release. This doesn't mean CQC has now lost support, we encourage you to still report bugs using the report feature on the CQC status page. CQC will receive hotfix bug updates frequently to ensure the game is fit to be in full release state. However, now that there are no more main updates, CQC will receive less frequent content releases, and new content maybe drip-fed into the game over periods of time instead of all in one go like the main updates were. This page on the website will constantly be updated with info on new updates you can expect in CQC, and check out the upcoming updates page for when these updates will go live.

However, I can't announce CQC's departure from live service without giving you something to look forward to, so see the list below to see new content coming in the near future to CQC (note this content will be drip-fed into the game and not released all in one go):
- The second Subjection map variant - after being delayed this map should make an entry to CQC in 2024
- A brand new Chernobyl map - yes that's right, Chernobyl returns with a brand new map based in the same environment as the current Chernobyl maps. Expect this map to come to CQC in 2024
- A brand new winter themed map - A map themed around a cold winter forest, with a beautiful sky and crisp scenery this map is going to be a great addition to CQC and should arrive just before Christmas 2023
- CQC's shivering event will return: Shivering 3 will come Halloween 2023
- The MAC-10 weapon will makes its way into CQC in 2023 (the first of many new weapons to come throughout the year)

I hope you have enjoyed CQC's live service period over the last year and a half, and I hope you can now also see that content for CQC will still come throughout 2023 and onwards. Above there are 6 updates listed to come in 2023, but I promise there will be a lot more!
